Fun Fall Festivities

I loooove everything fall, and am so glad Avery seems to love it too. Last weekend we got to carve our pumpkins, even though it was in the 90's.

I had to laugh when it was time to clean out the pumpkin, she would not do it. She told me she didn't want to get dirty. My kind of girl!

Finished pumpkins

I took this a couple of days later, after the 90 degree weather had cooked it.

Today was the storybook parade at Avery's school. I think it was one of the cutest things I have every seen.

Here comes Jackson aka Mickey

She was Merliah the mermaid (from Barbie's a mermaid tale)

And a little gingerbread haunted house fun.

At Christmas time, we will definitely me buying the preassembled houses, I didn't think I was gonna be able to get this one to stand. Oh well, whe had fun anyhow.

Poor Reba

As I was getting dressed this morning, I heard Avery say, "We need to take Reba to the doctor," I turned around and she was checking her out.....Poor Reba.

The Punkin Patch

This weekend we took Avery out to the pumkin patch...again. My work had a private event out there last Friday, but she was crushed when she didn't get to pick out the perfect punkin, so we headed out again. She asked us each morning for the past week if we were going.
Brian is actually holding Avery's perfect punkin. She wouldn't let it out of her sight. She even wanted to sleep with it when we got home.

All she could talk about for the last week, was getting to see the goat.

This would have been a GREAT picture of all our sweet kiddos, EXCEPT for mine was a crying mess.

Who in the world would cry when you are the only girl surrounded by SIX handsome boys???

Did you notice the Hello Kitty?

Happy 5 years!

It is hard to believe that we have already been married 5 years. I feel so blessed to have you with me, and don't know what I would do without you. You are a great father and supportive husband, especially as I try to survive graduate school. We may not always see eye to eye, but I love you anyhow.

Happy 5th Anniversary Babe!

Lets go Texans!

A couple of weeks ago, Brian and I got the chance to go to the Texans vs Cowboys game. It was awesome and our seats were incredible, thank you Tillie :)

We had a great time watching the game, even though we are not huge football fans...and even since the Texan's lost. We both like to watch football, although it just seems like I don't have time for it. Brian, on the other hand, just has too many other hobbies (fishing, hunting, golfing, etc...)
